Originally born in the heart of Kaliuwa’a (the Hawaiian name of Sacred Falls) on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, the Center aims at developing physical well-being and spiritual awareness for all, to find harmony and peace within every community and to care about the world.

We draw strength from the belief in a sense of connection to a higher power, shared by every culture. This connection can be cultivated by various physical and spiritual practices, and the Center encourages spiritual development for all, beyond the particularities of one’s faith.

We teach meditation, but also, in the tradition of Buddhist temples in Asia, various healing practices, like massage or medicinal plants.
