Our Sunday meditation practice is for both beginners and more seasoned practitioners. We do meditation with instructions, followed by Q&A. Meditation aims at developing the abilities of the mind, such as concentration and mindfulness or awareness. We alternate different postures, such as sitting, standing, walking or lying down... The practice in the beautiful setting of the Center enables to reconnect with the Nature and our nature: the silence, peace and joy beyond all the busyness of our daily lives. We let the breath bring us back to this simplicity. We can thus cultivate inner peace, reduce stress and improve our relationships and happiness in daily life.  

No registration is required. It's open to all.

What to bring: 

1) Loose and comfortable clothes

2) Your favorite meditation equipment if you have one (we have cushions)

3) mosquito's repellent (optional)
 

In accordance with the Buddhist tradition, the teachings are free.  However, Sacred Falls Meditation Center is a community-based non-profit organization supported by generous monetary donations.  All financial contributions are welcome and will contribute to the development of the Center and to make these teachings available to all.
